Inclusion criteria: Age: no limitation; Gender: no limitation; Clinical specimen: KPC-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the bacterial bank of the Institute of Antibiotics from 2017 to 2018.

Exclusion criteria: The strain is absent or dead.
