Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with definite diagnosis, meeting surgical criteria, having completed various preoperative preparations, and choosing to undergo complete endoscopic thyroid surgery via thoracic approach;2) The patient had no communication disorder, normal vision and hearing before surgery, no abnormal mental symptoms, and no congenital diseases;3) the American society of anesthesiologists (Americansocietyofanesthesiologist, ASA) ASAI - class II;4) No surgery has been performed on the chest, such as breast cancer surgery, and there is no scar tissue in the chest. 5) Gender is not limited, age is 18-65 years old, BodyMassIndex (BMI) is 18-30kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;2) failure of nerve block;3) Combined with systemic infectious disease or skin infection at the block site;4) Allergic to local anesthetics;5) Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases;6) Autoimmune diseases and abnormal coagulation function.
