18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects scheduled for hepatobiliary surgery; (2) Age 18 ~ 65 years old, regardless of gender; (3) The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) was classified as grade I, II and III; (4) Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg/m2; (5) The estimated operation time should not exceed 6h; (6) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as heart, lung, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; (2) Patients with cognitive impairment or history of mental illness who cannot cooperate with researchers; (3) Long term use of sedative or analgesic drugs, opioid dependence or tolerance, and drug abuse history; (4) Have a history of allergy or contraindications to the anesthetics used; (5) Patients with history of PONV and major problems in previous anesthesia.
