Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years old; ASAI to Level II; Tracheal intubation time < 4h; BMI18~30kg/m2; Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative presence of upper respiratory tract infection, asthma, chronic pharyngitis, pharyngeal pain, hoarseness; Infection and hematoma at the injection site; Those who cannot cooperate and refuse to perform nerve block; Allergy to local anesthesia drugs; Patients with hypoxemia before surgery and difficulties in off-line and extubation after surgery; Known or suspected airway difficulties, including mask difficulties (upper airway obstruction), or tracheal intubation difficulties and combination of both and anatomic malformations of the mouth and throat; Patients with mental illness, inability to understand and coordinate pain scores, and inability to coordinate operations
