Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pelvic malignant tumor after surgery; 2) In line with the diagnosis of lower limb lymphedema after pelvic malignant tumor surgery (including cases diagnosed as edema caused by diseases such as lymph reflux disorder and lymphocysts after pelvic malignant tumor surgery); 3) The prescription quantity of Jindan Fuyan granules should be at least 36 bags (15g per bag). Cases of edema caused by disorders of flow, lymphocysts, etc.); 3) The prescription quantity of Jindan Fuyan granules should be at least 36 bags (15g per bag).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Lower limb edema caused by cardiogenic edema, renal edema and acute infection; 2) Patients who have undergone surgical treatment for lymphedema (transplantation or reconstruction to remove excess tissue of affected limb and restore lymphoid tissue function); 3) Patients without access to post-medication evaluation data.
