Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective colorectal tumor surgery 2.ASA Grade I-III 3. Age 45 or older 4. Volunteer for the study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease 2. Kidney failure 3. Immune system diseases 4. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy 5. Patients with clotting disorders, infections, and sepsis
