55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) for Alzheimer's disease; 2. Aged 55-80 years; 3. Right-handed; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe physical, infectious and immune system diseases; 2. Patients with severe neurological disease, mental retardation or organic brain disease; 3. Patients with a history of seizures; 4. Patients treated with electroconvulsive therapy within the last 3 months; 5. Patients assessed to be unsuitable for tACS treatment and unable to complete the relevant index collection.
