18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70; 2. Platelet count>100x10 ^ 9/L; 3.INR<1.5 4. Pathologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); 5. Initial imaging assessment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer; Patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who failed transformation therapy; 6. ECOG physical condition score 0 or 1; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. The tumor has distant metastasis or acute pancreatitis attack; 3. Severe infection or leukopenia; 4. Acute stage of gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Unable to tolerate anesthesia; 6. Those with contraindications to immunosuppressive agents; 7. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 8. The researcher judged that it was not suitable.
