Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 40 patients, male or female, aged 30-65 years, ASA physical status I-II , BMI 18-26kg/m2, who underwent thoracoscopic upper abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: "Patients with local anesthetic allergy, coagulopathy, chronic pain, alcohol and substance abuse, and psychiatric history." Exclusion criteria: patients who were converted to thoracotomy or transferred to ICU after operation, patients who could not cooperate with NRS score after operation.
