Interventions

Group A :Small negative pressure (-120~-70mmhg) was used after surgery in group A
Group B:traditional negative pressure (-450~-125mmhg) was used after surgery in group B
Group C:Group C was treated with skin protective film + postoperative use of small negative pressure (-120~-70mmhg)
Group D:group D was treated with skin protective film + postoperative use of traditional negative pressure (-450~-125mmhg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chronic wounds include vascular ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, chronic infection wounds, etc.; (2) VSD surgery after admission; (3) Be older than 18 years old, have normal cognitive and communication skills, and be able to cooperate with relevant nursing measures; (4) Be informed about the study, voluntarily participate and sign the knowledge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who already have skin problems around the wound before surgery, including eczema, allergic dermatitis or unexplained rupture; (2) Severe vascular nerve injury at the wound site; (3) The total area of chronic wounds is greater than 15cm×15cm; (4) Poor control of systemic diseases or terminal diseases; (5) Those who are allergic to alcohol. Exclusion criteria: those who extubated early due to postoperative wound bleeding, accidental extubation, or other non-peri-wound skin lesions.
