Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 6-12 years old ; ? Suspected children presenting with attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) ? The legal guardian fully understood and signed the informed consent form, and agreed that the researcher should collect clinical data and peripheral blood.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other serious diseases of the system, with a clear history of brain trauma, cerebral palsy, encephalitis and other brain organic diseases ; ? a clear diagnosis of other mental illness ; ? psychotropic drugs were used in the past 3 months.
