Age
65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years = age =85 years; 2) Regular hemodialysis (3 times/week) = 3 months; 3) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of mechanical ventilation within 3 months; 2) A history of acute myocardial infarction within 3 months; 3) FEV1 < 70% of expected value, and/or are using lung disease drugs such as beta-2 agonists, M blockers, glucocorticoids, leukotriene receptor modulators, antihistamines; 4) Pulmonary fibrosis; 5) Patients on immunosuppressive therapy; 6) Patients with definite phrenic paralysis; 7) History of malignant tumor within 5 years; 8) Liver failure: Child-Pugh grade B and C; 9) After the operation of exogenous implants that are not suitable for chest MRI examination; 10) Mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, etc., can not cooperate with the scale assessment; 11) Participated in other clinical researchers within 3 months.
