18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conform to ICH diagnostic criteria: including ICH caused by hypertension or other reasons; Or meet the diagnostic criteria of SAH: including SAH caused by aneurysm; Or TBI diagnostic criteria: including epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma, intracerebral hematoma and brain contusion. ? Age: 18-80; ? Check in the ward after admission; ? Those who are willing to participate in the study after informed consent; ? Admission GCS score > 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The primary disease was novel coronavirus pneumonia; ? Other serious central nervous system diseases; ? Patients with late cerebral hernia at admission (bilateral dilated pupils, central respiratory failure); ? Mental and psychological diseases such as depression and anxiety; ? Novel coronavirus pneumonia was diagnosed; ? Refusing to accept nucleic acid or antigen testing; ? Without informed consent; ?Patients or family members refuse surgery or other active treatment.
