Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age above 18 years old and no more than 65. ? General health, oral health, and no systemic diseases contraindicated to surgery (hypertension, diabetes, etc. Well controlled). ? Healthy periodontal tissue, thick gingival biotype, and healthy gingival margin. ? The thickness of the buccal bone plate was intact after extraction of the single tooth that could not be restored in the esthetic area. ? Already treated caries, periapical disease. ? The height and width of the alveolar bone were sufficient, and there was no soft and hard tissue defect on the buccal side. ? The tooth fracture line was above the bone level without vertical fracture. ? Non-smokers; No bad oral habits (night grinding, clenching, etc.) ? Able to communicate and cooperate well with doctors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Systemic diseases (uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, etc.). ? Benign and malignant tumors or acute and chronic inflammation. ? There are pathological changes in teeth, such as internal absorption, external absorption, etc. ? Moderate to severe periodontal disease. ? Smokers; People with bad oral habits. ? Tooth fracture line reaches the subbone or destroys the buccal bone. ? Pregnant or lactating women. ? Patients with severe mental disorders, unable to cooperate.
