18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary varicocele met the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of varicocele formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2015, and met the following criteria: ? Aged 18-40; ? there is a sound semen quality analysis report and other clinical information ? need surgery for treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? testicular cancer; ? testicular atrophy; ? Epididymal orchitis; (4) undescended testicles; ? Other known genetic, endocrine, infection and other diseases that may affect semen quality. ? Secondary or no surgical indications of varicocele; ? Unable to obtain informed consent, refused to participate in the researcher
