Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria for atherosclerosis group: (1) Gender is not limited. (2) Understand and sign informed consent. (3) After obtaining the patient's consent, atherosclerotic tissue of coronary arteries, carotid arteries and other branches of the aorta is obtained from neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, and autopsy departments. Selection criteria for the control group: (1) Gender is not limited. (2) Inpatient treatment in our hospital, according to the death identification report of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China, there is no aortic branch vascular tissue of patients with atherosclerotic disease. (3) Understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital kidney disease; Arterial fibrosis; Systemic multi-organ failure, such as liver failure, respiratory failure and renal failure; itself in an acute infectious phase, such as sepsis or sepsis; People with bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulation.
