Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in China (2020 Edition)" [Expert Consensus on Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in Children in China (2020 Edition). Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, 2020, 58 (6): 447-454.] Patients with diagnostic criteria; (2) age < 18 years; (3) informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus or other types of diabetes mellitus; (2) Patients with acute complications of diabetes mellitus: diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state and hypoglycemia (repeated hypoglycemia, severe hypoglycemia); (3) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and immune system diseases; (4) Severe cognitive impairment or mental/psychological illness.
