20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 20-75 years old; ?KPS score = 60 points; ?Electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function and other preoperative examinations are normal, and there is no absolute contraindication to surgery; ?No other history of malignant tumors in the whole body; ?Estimated survival time is more than 3 months; ?Preoperative Gastric adenocarcinoma confirmed by histopathology, and preoperative ultrasonography showed that the invasion depth exceeded the submucosa; ?The preoperative stage was cT1~2N+M0 or cT3~4b any NM0 (locally advanced gastric cancer); ?Obtained from the patient's written Informed consent; ?No history of intraperitoneal radiotherapy; ?No matter whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy or not, should be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? No histological evidence, only confirmed by imaging; ? Patients with early gastric cancer; ? Mental patients, patients with drug and alcohol dependence, and patients with poor compliance; ? Patients with severe heart, liver, brain, kidney and other organs Sexual or functional diseases; ? poor nutritional status, KPS score <60 points; ? distant metastasis of liver, brain, bone, etc.; ? extensive intraperitoneal implantation and metastasis; ? Hydrothorax and ascites (with or without ascites cancer cells); ?History of malignant tumors in other parts (previous or concurrent), excluding curable non-melanoma skin cancer and carcinoma in situ of the cervix; ?The tumor bed is too large, and the radiologist believes that the radiotherapy area during surgery cannot be completely covered. ?Pregnant or breastfeeding patients, those who have fertility but refuse contraceptive measures; ?Currently have active infections, such as active tuberculosis, hepatitis, etc. ?Patients with a history of pancreatitis;
