Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of AMN, including : 1 history of acute attack of paracentral or central dark spots ; ( 2 ) Gray dark wedge-shaped or teardrop-shaped lesions beside the central fovea shown by near-infrared reflectance imaging ; 3 OPL / ONL hyperreflective and / or elliptical band fracture or ONL atrophy. 2.Patients with changes in retinal cotton wool spots, retinal hemorrhage, and retinal vascular occlusion after novel coronavirus infection, and fundus changes caused by other causes were excluded ; 3.History of COVID-19 infection ; 4.No history of drug treatment ; 5.Inoculated / uninoculated COVID-19 vaccine ; 6.No previous history of eye disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous history of ocular trauma, surgical history ; 2.Patients with nystagmus can not cooperate with the examination ; 3.Patients with young age or mental abnormalities ( such as Down 's syndrome, 21 trisomy syndrome ) can not cooperate with the examination ; 4.Patients with poor control of systemic diseases, such as retinopathy caused by hypertension and diabetes.
