Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfilling the criteria for AS (1984 Modified New York criteria); 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Drug treatment has been stable for the past 1 months; 4. ASDAS score is between 1.3 and 3.5; 5. Understand the purpose and procedure of this study and voluntarily sign the written informed consent; 6. Patients are able to follow the schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular diseases or those at high risk; 2. Patients with cervical vertebral bridges; 3. Patients who underwent surgery within the last 6 months; 4.Patients have done regular exercise in the past 3 months (e.g., yoga, tai chi, baduanjin, etc.,>= 3times/weeks, 20 minutes/time); 5. Patients who are unable to receive regular exercise rehabilitation due to language impairment, difficulty in understanding, limited movements and other reasons.
