Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury. (2) Be between the ages of 12 and 19 years. (3) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of suicidal ideation. (2) Currently receiving psychological counseling, psychotherapy. (3) met DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for psychiatric disorders, such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and use of psychotropic medications.
