Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid or antigen test positive, fatigue lasting 4 to 12 weeks; (2) There were two consecutive negative PCR tests, at least one day apart; (3) Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS)>36 (4) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; (5) Informed consent, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; (6) no previous history of electroacupuncture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, patients who experienced fatigue before COVID-19 diagnosis; (2) The primary disease that causes chronic fatigue: (3) severe organic brain diseases; (4) severe mental illness or emotional disorder (HAMA=7 points, HAMD=8 points); (5) Those who have language or hearing impairment, intellectual impairment, serious mental illness and other conditions that cannot cooperate; (6) Pregnant and lactating women; (7) BMI>30 kg/? (8) Those who are afraid of acupuncture or dizzy acupuncture and cannot cooperate with treatment; (9) Participants in other clinical trials.
