50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women over 50 years old (2) Postmenopausal (at least 12 months without menstrual bleeding) (3) Subject volunteers live freely (4) Lactose tolerance (5) Not suffering from osteoporosis or taking drugs that affect calcium absorption.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women receiving glucocorticoid therapy (2) Women diagnosed with osteoporosis before the study (3) Women with severe chronic diseases
