Group A: Remazolam young and middle-aged group:rimimazolan 5mg iv.
Group B: Remazolam elderly group:rimimazolan 3mg iv.
Group C: middle-aged group:ciprofol 0.4mg/kg iv.
Group D: elderly group of cypropol,:ciprofol 0.3mg/kg iv.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients under elective general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of central nervous system diseases; 2. Hypertension or coronary artery disease or congestive heart failure; 3. Patients with degree II-degree III atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia (preoperative sinus rhythm is less than 50 beats / min) or recent use of beta-blockers; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency (plasma albumin content should be greater than 35g / L); 5. Ventilation dysfunction such as pulmonary infection or sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Menstrual women, pregnant women, hearing impairment, elderly dementia or mental disorders unable to cooperate; 7. People who take narcotic analgesics, sedatives, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, drugs of abuse, and alcoholism in the past year; 8. Obese subjects (BMI> 30 kg/m2); 9. Refuse to participate and be included in the researcher
