Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient was diagnosed as allergic asthma. ? The first diagnosis of allergic asthma meets the diagnostic criteria of allergic asthma. ? Hp infection was detected by 14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT). Hp infection was positive (+), 500=14C-UBT > 200dpm (mmol.CO2) was (++), and 14C-UBT > 500 dpm (mmol.CO2) was (++). (+), (++) and (+++) are all considered positive for Hp infection. (4) Non-asthmatic volunteers ? Age range from 18 to 80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with systemic acute inflammation, bronchiectasis, active tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other related diseases. ? Suffer from serious diseases of the heart, liver or kidney, endocrine or blood system, or have mental diseases, autoimmune diseases or history. ? Pregnant and lactation patients. ? poor compliance.
