Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, 25 to 40-year-old postpartum women were recruited. Delivery through the birth canal without drug intervention; Pain in the front of knee joint after delivery lasts or repeats for = 1 month, and this pain is accompanied by running and jumping, going up and down stairs or squatting, which meets the diagnostic criteria of PFPS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: This study excluded patients with organic knee joint lesions. When there are additional contraindications to exercise, such as severe heart disease, arthritis, etc., knee surgery and trauma patients are disqualified.
