65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Open surgery lasting =2 h; 2) Age 65-85; 3) Postoperative hospital stay =7 days; 4) ASA was graded ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of neurosurgery or cardiac surgery;2) A history of central nervous system disease;3) Taking sedatives or antidepressants;4) Alcohol consumption =80 g pure alcohol/day ×10 years;5) Severe visual or hearing impairment, or other inability to communicate normally;6) Have been exposed to the same neuropsychological scale; 7) The Simple Intelligence Scale test (MMSE) meets the exclusion criteria: illiteracy < 18 points; Primary school < 21; Junior high school and above < 25;8) Refusing to participate in the study.
