Permissive hypercapnia group:Adjust the ventilation parameters, adjust the respiratory rate, I: E=I: 2, Fi02 60%, and maintain the PaCO2 from 46 to 55 mmHg
control group:Adjust the ventilation parameters, adjust the respiratory rate, I: E=I: 2, Fi02 60%, and maintain the PaCO2 from 35 to 45 mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gynecologic tumors planned for robotic surgery, aged between 19 and 65 years, and classified as anesthesia grade I or II, were selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congestive heart failure, obstructive coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, previous cerebral hemorrhage or trauma, active lung infection, obstructive or interstitial lung disease, glaucoma, previous ophthalmic surgery, body mass index greater than 25 kg/m2, hemoglobin <90g / l
