Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40~75 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the SCAD diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious underlying diseases (such as: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina high-risk type, uncontrolled heart failure, severe valvular disease, severe arrhythmia, acute pulmonary embolism, hemodynamic instability); 2. Those with motor dysfunction so that they cannot complete tai chi exercise or cardiopulmonary exercise; 3. Lactating, pregnant, and trying to conceive women; 4. Those who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 5. Those with serious cognitive problems; 6. Those who have the habit of exercising regularly in traditional exercises.
