60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years old; 2. MRI and CT were diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis or lumbar disc herniation with sciatica and had clear surgical indications; 3. Surgical segment >= 2 segments; 4. Voluntary cooperation with postoperative training and regular follow-up to complete follow-up training; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lumbar fusion surgery; 2. Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, digestive and other diseases; 3. Postoperative infection, cerebrospinal fluid leakage or severe muscle weakness of lower limbs; 4. Those who are unable to perform or refuse functional training due to personal reasons.
