Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults, meeting diagnostic criteria for unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with pre-existing congenital heart disease, myocarditis, heart failure, heart valve disease, severe liver and kidney impairment, tumors, various infections and severe systemic diseases, recent use of immunosuppressants, steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs, those with mitochondrial genetic disorders, those who do not sign the informed consent form and those who do not accept follow-up, repeat cases and those who are not long-time residents of Changchun.
