Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing elective coronary angiography examination indication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. EECP contraindications: acute heart failure; With hemodynamic instability of malignant arrhythmia; Severe aortic valve closure is not complete; Active phlebitis, venous thrombosis; Severe lower limb vascular occlusive diseases; All sorts of hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency; Dissecting aneurysm; Counterpulsation position infection; Malignant tumor; During pregnancy or breastfeeding women; 2. Coronary angiography contraindicated: contrast contrast sensitivity test positive and iodine allergy; Allergy sufferer, such as bronchial asthma, severe atopic dermatitis, food allergies, etc.; Severe hepatic insufficiency; Hyperthyroidism; Women during pregnancy or lactation; Always happened in CI - AKI; 3. Continue after coronary angiography interventional treatment or related inspection: PCI, PTCA, OCT, IVUS, FFr, etc.; 4. Within a month before the coronary angiography has a history of renal toxicity drugs or food; 5. Within 1 week before coronary angiography has received angiography (including enhanced CT, etc.); 6. Have accepted renal replacement therapy, such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplants; 7. At the same time to participate in other clinical studies.
