Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the Western diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria of knee osteoarthritis were classified as grade I-III; 2. Age 40-75 years old, gender is not limited; 3. No hormone or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were used in the first 3 months of enrollment, and no other relevant treatment was received; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent and guaranteed to complete the course of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Women who are nursing or preparing for pregnancy; 3. Allergic constitution and multiple drug allergy; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, nervous system, tuberculosis, vertebral malformations, malignant tumors and mental diseases; Suspected history of sedative hypnosis, opioid analgesics and alcohol abuse; Patients with skin diseases and infectious diseases; 5. Patients in critical condition who should be treated with surgery; 6. Patients who should not or cannot use this treatment for other reasons; 7. There are mental disorders, language disorders, motor dysfunction, mental illness patients.
