Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the latest Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China; 2. Course of disease = 3 or Wada drinking water test = 2, but it is confirmed by volume-viscosity swallowing test that there is impaired swallowing effectiveness and/or safety; 4. Patients were informed and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable condition caused by fever, respiratory and circulatory diseases; 2. Patients with a tracheotomy or posterior pharyngeal wall surgery due to oral or throat lesions; 3. Swallowing disorder caused by other diseases; 4. Other swallowing treatments were performed before participating in this study; 5. Those who cannot be assessed normally due to severe cognitive impairment.
