Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Appendectomy was performed under general anesthesia. The patient was diagnosed as appendicitis by pathological diagnosis, with ASA classification of I-II, age of 18-80 years, gender unlimited, and body mass index of 18-25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cancer, blood diseases, pregnant women, lactating women, etc.
