Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Patients with periodontal health, gingivitis and periodontitis; 3. Good general health; 4. No active caries or unfilled caries; 5. There are more than 20 detectable natural teeth (except the third molar), and at least 5 natural teeth in each quadrant; 6. Sign the informed consent form and be able to complete the test as require.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases, pregnant or lactating women; 2. Wearing orthodontic band or orthodontic appliance; 3. Wearing removable dentures or defective prostheses; 4. There are open caries, mucosal lesions, soft and hard tissue tumors and other oral diseases except periodontal disease in the mouth; 5. Periodontal treatment within 3 months before the trial; 6. Oral surgery within 3 months before the trial; 7. Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before the trial; 8. Smoking cigarettes or any electronic cigarette products, pipes or cigars; 9. The investigator believes that their general and oral conditions are not suitable for the subjects participating in this study; 10. In the past three months, I have used mouthwash containing antibiotics and antibacterial toothpaste; 11. Have taken drugs that cause gingival hyperplasia in the past three months; 12. Antibiotics, antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic, steroid drugs (such as dexamethasone) or immunomodulatory drugs (such as interleukin, methotrexate), probiotics preparations (excluding fermented foods, such as yoghurt) are taken orally, intravenously, injected or inhaled in the past three month.
