Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. In patients with clinically confirmed GD, the thyroid volume is too large (volume > 70mL), resulting in severe neck compression symptoms; 3. Hyperthyroidism and abnormal hormone level; Extrathyroid manifestations were serious; 4. GD patients with poor ATD efficacy, inappropriate 131I, and voluntary surgical treatment; 5. Good compliance, regular follow-up during diagnosis and treatment, and reasonable adjustment of drug dose according to the guidance of clinicians; 6. Relevant informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from other autoimmune diseases; 2. Drugs that affect immune function, such as glucocorticoids, have been used in the past three months; 3. Pregnancy status; 4. Have been treated with radioactive iodine in the past; 5. The preparation plan involves drug contraindications or has a history of serious adverse drug reactions; 6. Individuals participating in other trials are not recommended to participate in this study.
