Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed and clinically diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus infection; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. ASA class I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Predictable survival time <= 24h; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, basic SpO2 <= 90%; 3. Severe impairment of liver and kidney function, and patients who need maintenance dialysis; 4. Cardiac surgical, thoracic surgical and neurosurgical patients at high risk for pulmonary complications; 5. Patients who refuse to offer relevant medical history.
