General anesthesia plus endoscopic SPGB group (S group):Conventional endoscopic sinus surgery under sphenopalatine ganglion block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective endoscopic sinus surgery; 2. Aged 18-45 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II; 4. Obtain the consent of the patient's family members before the operation, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to drugs such as ropivacaine or lidocaine; 2. Patients who have undergone turbinate surgery or nasal cavity tumor; 3. Complicated with important organ diseases and serious mental disorders.
