Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preschool children aged 3-6 years old; 2. According to the results of portable sleep monitor RDI, according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine guidelines. Mild OSA was 1 time/h = 10 times/h. Children with RDI < 10 times/h were included; 3. The patient was returned to the hospital after three months of drug treatment. Sleep monitoring indicators, visual analog scale scores, children's quality of life and children's anxiety scale scores were improved before and after treatment, and the clinical data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical obstruction caused by other causes, such as abnormal airway anatomy and maxillofacial development; 2. Central sleep apnea syndrome: including neuromuscular disease, Down syndrome, laryngeal malacia, etc.; 3. After adenoid or tonsil surgery; 4. History of allergy to Monreuster sodium and glucocorticoid.
