Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of generalized anxiety in Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Did not take anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic drugs one month before enrollment; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)score > 14 point, < 27 point; 4. Aged 20~50 years old, primary school or above, mother tongue Chinese, right-handed; 5. Voluntary consent of the patient and his family to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are nursing or pregnant; 2. Patients with obsessive compulsive disorder, neurasthenia, depression, phobia, schizophrenia and other complicated anxiety; 3. Secondary anxiety due to coronary heart disease, hypertension, thyroid gland and other diseases; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Unable to take care of themselves, patients with severely impaired cognitive.
