Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ICU patients aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In patients with deep sedation and coma, RASS < -3 and GCS < 8; 2. Cognitive decline before admission (such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease); 3. Visual or hearing impairment; 4. Near death, not expected to survive for 48 hours, or expected stay in the ICU less than 48 hours.
