Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the Western diagnostic criteria for stroke, CT or MRI showed clear signs of nervous system injury; 2. Aged 18-80 years old, gender unlimited, right-handed; 3. Initial onset, stable vital signs, course of disease >= 1 month; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score: 10-26, attention score < 6; 5. Without aphasia, mother tongue is Chinese, can cooperate with complete instructions; 6. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local skin infection, ulcer, scar or oversensitive to acupuncture; 2. Severe hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders; 3. History of epilepsy or seizures; first-degree relatives have a history of epilepsy; 4. Metal implants in the body or head (except dental); implanted pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, drug pump; 5. Recurrent headache with unknown causes and ineffective drug treatment; 6. Skull fracture and / or severe head injury; history of head and / or brain surgery; 7. Severe heart disease and increased intracranial pressure; 8. Take tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotics and other drugs that lower the seizure threshold; 9. Other diseases or medical history affecting cognitive function; 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
