Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to hospital within 24 hours after birth and gestational age of 23-32 weeks; 2. The family members of the children voluntarily joined and cooperated with the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight > 1500g; 2. With severe congenital malformation, chromosome abnormality, renal insufficiency (increase of serum creatinine >= 0.5 mg/dL/d, urine volume < 0.5 mL/kg/h) or disease status characterized by edema; 3. Underwent enterostomy due to necrotizing enterocolitis within 3 days after birth; 4. Blood sodium concentration on the 4th day after birth is outside the range of 130-150 mmol/L.
