Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the normal tissue group next to liver cancer: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Inpatient treatment in our hospital, according to the tissue identification report of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China, the liver pathology of the enrolled patients was detected as normal tissue adjacent to cancer. Liver fibrosis tissue selection criteria: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Inpatient treatment in our hospital, according to the tissue identification report of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China, the liver pathology test of the enrolled patients was histologic stage F2 and histologic stage F3-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic multi-organ failure; 2. Active liver disease; 3. Pregnancy, metastatic liver disease; 4. Hereditary liver diseases.
