Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of VCI according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of vascular cognitive Impairment in China (V.2019). Having impairment of at least one cognitive domain in executive function, attention, memory, language and visual space, and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Aged between 20 and 80 years, and the gender is not limited; 3. The Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score <= 26 points, or the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26 points; 4. Education level is primary and above; 5. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been suffering from brain tumors, encephalitis, AD, or traumatic brain injury; 2. Vital signs are unstable and the disease progresses rapidly; 3. Having severe impairment of speech, hearing and vision; 4. Be unconsciousness or persistent vegetative state; 5. Having severe mental disorder or obvious depression; 6. Have been suffering from epilepsy, vital organ failure and other diseases which affected the cognitive rating; 7. Having contraindications for rTMS; 8. Having contraindications for HBOT.
