40 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-69 years; 2. Endotracheal intubation and inhalation combined with general anesthesia for esophageal ESD; 3. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to paracetamol; 2. Impaired liver function (alanine transaminase and/or aspartate transaminase levels are more than 2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal range, or total bilirubin is greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the upper limit of the normal range); 3. Renal insufficiency (creatinine level >176 µ mol/L); 4. Chronic alcoholism (strong or compulsive desire to drink; physiological withdrawal reaction); 5. Taking opioids for a long time; 6. Mental illness and/or inability to understand VAS score.
