50 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 50 years old; 2. With main complaint of LBP; 3. Having LBP and/or discomfort from the lower extremities caused by LDH, DLBP or LS (MRI scan confirmed lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis or HIZ in the previous 2 weeks); 4. Willing to participate in this study and giving informed. consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cauda equina syndrome; 2. A history of spinal surgery; 3. Having serious chronic diseases that could interfere with the outcomes; 4. Having additional conditions that the researchers considered disqualify the participant from the study.
