Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA?~II; 2. Age >= 65 years; 3. BMI was 19-27 kg/m2; 4. During the whole follow-up period of the study, be able and willing to complete the whole prescribed study plan; 5. With self-ability to understand the research procedures, the informed consent & voluntarily sign an informed consent form and be able to comply with the requirements of the clinical study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study involves drug allergy; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory diseases; 3. BMI 27 kg/m2; 4. Patients with expected difficult airway; 5. Patients with contraindications to ketamine; 6. Patients who take analgesic or sedative drugs for a long time or are affected by alcohol for a short or long time; 7. Use drugs that affect the central nervous system; 8. Chronic pain patients; 9. Patients who have or have had a history of severe mental disorders; 10. Patients with malignant or poorly controlled hypertension.
