Central spastic paralysis of lower limbs

Interventions

group 1:Neurotomy of S2 nerve root + uninjured/ipsilateral obturator nerve transpositon + rehabilitation therapy

group 2:Neurotomy of S2 nerve root and partial triceps branch + uninjured/ipsilateral obturator nerve transpositon + rehabilitation therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-60 years old; 2. The history of central spastic paralysis of lower limbs caused by brain trauma and stroke was >= 1 year, and the history of cerebral palsy was >= 3 years; 3. Modified Ashworth Scale calf triceps muscle tone >= 2 and thigh adductor muscle tone = 3; 5. All joints of the lower limbs had no contracture and fixed stiffness deformity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athetosis; 2. Hypertonia due to extrapyramidal system and other lesions; 3. Mental retardation; 4. History of neurotomy.
